Get Fit Ireland was established in response to studies showing increasing children-hood obesity and decreasing participation in exercise and motor-cognitive skills.   Our aim is the promotion of novel programmes to increase exercise participation of all sectors of the population which is making full use of existing infrastructure and available opendata      Benefits   Increase participation in exercise are known to improve both physical and mental health.
